Sarah is a seasoned financial management professional with executive experience in Federal and local government. At the Office of Management and Budget, she led the ‘credit crew’, overseeing the $5 trillion portfolio that included student loans, small business, infrastructure, housing, and economic development. She was Assistant CFO for Budget at HUD and served as CFO for a large urban county, making significant contributions to ERM, grants management, crisis response, and other initiatives. Sarah is a consultant, leading teams that support effective design and implementation of government programs, operational maturity, and capacity for evidencebased policy making.
